VSEMUR 0.1.0 Basic development started, including interface exposed to users of libvsemur, decode and disassembly logic, and some execution logic for CPU. Peripherals still have a long way to go and much cleanup is needed in the code. But this release marks the point at which I have a somewhat concrete design/plan in place.
